So mang countries block youtube .all of us must used vpn can see youtube.
now,we can Modified host file to see youtube.
open the C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts and add youtube IP.
（youtube IP:start-Run-Input “cmd”-input “nslookup www.google.cn”）
For example:
203.208.39.104 www.youtube.com
203.208.33.100 gdata.youtube.com
If you want to upload video:
203.208.39.99 upload.youtube.com
others youtube ip:
